Hassle-Free Returns

If you're not completely happy with your artwork, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.

Here’s how it works:

1. Email us at info@abstractartwork.co.uk with your order number.
2. We will advise address details for your return.
3. Send the item back in its original condition and packaging.
4. Once we receive it, we’ll issue a full refund (minus shipping, unless the return is due to our error).
5. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Easy Exchanges

Want something different instead? No problem! You can exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

How to exchange:

1. Contact us at info@abstractartwork.co.uk and let us know what you'd like instead.
2. Send the original piece back (we’ll help with return shipping if it was damaged).
3. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4. We’ll ship your new artwork as soon as we receive the original.

Things to Keep in Mind:

1. Items must be in original condition.
2. Always reach out before sending anything back so we can guide you through the quickest solution.
3. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos (including damaged packaging) and contact us within 48 hours.

4. For all returned items please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.
